1986 was the year that Century 21 Real Estate Corporation decided to have a National Award Recognition Program to honor the achievements of their Franchise Offices in serving the needs of the public. In the 20 years of the programs existance, Century 21 O.M.A. has been a 'V.I.P. Office' for 20 years, a 'Gold Medallion' winner 3 times, a Centurion winner 15 times and a double Centurion winner 3 times - 1997, 1998 & 2004.  14 of the 16 years that the Quality Service Award has been awarded, Century 21 O.M.A. has earned it (1994 through 2006). 1997 through 2001 we were awarded both the Pinnacle Trophy for 'Superior Quality Service' and the President's Trophy for 'Top Quality Service & Sales Production'. Less than 100 President's Trophies were awarded in 1997 & 1998, and we were the only Century 21 office in Orange County to earn one in those years. Even now, less than 2% of the Offices qualify as a President's Trophy office.
